"I'd walk a mile for the purpose of living” Just like you would eat to live I walk to live.

It’s that simple…It is a known fact, walking is the best exercise anyone can do. It doesn’t take that much effort and it doesn’t cost anything. A frisky thirty minutes’ walk a day does a lot of good. It cleans your plumbing throughout your body and makes the blood travel smoother thru your veins.

It is statistically known, a large portion of our population is overweight. Not because of eating too much but because they don’t take the time to exercise but because they are busy working to support their Families or themselves.

It is a commitment that an individual must make in order for the process of good health take effect. In today society, people are too busy and preoccupied with other insignificant things that they put aside that which is the most important thing in their lives, their health…

Taking time out, only thirty minutes a day four to five days a week will make people healthier and help bring down blood pressure and also sugar levels to a normal range. With a proper diet low in carbohydrates and cutting down sugar consumption should bring the average person back to reasonable level of physical fitness.

Water consumption is also, very important. After every walk, you should drink an eight ounce glass of cool water and follow, thru with seven more grasses throughout the day. Keeping hydrated is very good for staying healthy and giving a good tone to you skin.

Working up a good sweat causing your sweat glands to filter out the entire toxin from your body is essential for good health. Drinking plenty of water while exercising is very important, it prevents you from getting over heated and possibly getting heat stroke.

So I say to all… Walk, Walk into good health:

Drinking and retaining all that water should sound, when you turn over in bed, like the tide coming in!

I have a dozen herniated discs and walking merely compresses them, causing me more awful pain.

A nonetheless cheerful article!

My grandmother was told by a doctor to walk a mile a day; that was twenty years ago, and today, we have absolutely no idea where she is!

Many thanks,

Paul
