Combat Strategies against the Enemy during War Time

When confronting an enemy with Superior Forces, and with the intentions of winning, you must counter and be swift and precise in taking the initiative to gain the upper hand. You must do so immediately in order to be effective in your mission. Total gathering of unquestionable Intelligence must be a key factor about the enemy Arm forces if you are to be successful.
Rules of engagement must be fluid all thru ought the conflict in order to protect the general population as much as possible. There will always be casualties in any conflict however; taking these steps under considerations is an important factor in gaining the approval of the population to get them on your side.
When attacking the enemy, you must make him "Blind and Deaf", it must be done within the first few hours in order to deny him the ability to recover and launch an offensive. This can accomplish in the following ways;
1. Destroying his Power plants eliminating his Electrical grids. This will prevent him from communication with all his supporting units rendering him blind and deaf.
2. Destroying all his Radar Facilities, preventing him from detecting our Air Craft
3. Destroying all his Military Air Forces Run Ways to prevent any Air Craft from getting to the air. While at the same time, destroying all Air Craft parked on the ground or in any Hanger.
4. Land and deployed enough ground troops in and around all Civilian Air Ports creating a perimeter in order to take control. This wills aloud you to land Air Craft to evacuate and bring in troops at will to accomplish the Mission of Neutralizing your Enemy
5. Search and surgically destroy the enemy where ever you find him, if you don't, he will destroy you
These Actions must be done simultaneously with synchronization in order to effectively accomplishing the mission. Once the country is secure the flow of humanitarian resources should immediately start flowing in to assist the population.
At this point a determination should be made about the people responsible for the actions that have occurred in the country in order to bring stability and order to the people. Government Officials responsible for atrocities against the people should be taking into custody and be held accountable for their actions and be held to Stan trial.
